Nice looking shots Mir, can't wait for this one. I saw on FSDeveloper you mentioned the possibility of SODE being used to animated the double jetways. Any news on that since the new version of SODE is out featuring the jetway animation?

This is being tested and reviewed as we speak. However there's a glaring issue with SODE that may force us to use conventional jetways once again, relating to the number of jetways needed and Simconnect being overloaded. I'll know by the end of the week which path will be taken.

Bart train may be added, contingent on performance at the end of production. The SFO airtrain will definitely be added regardless.

If you have to use the conventional jetways please make sure that they are AES compatible (not like Denver, where even with AES only one jetway is functional).

Great screenshots btw ;) Looking forward to the release

i am amused as i look at this forum topic and see that every other comment is "where are the screenshots" , "when is the release date", "when are the night shots".

i wouldn't expect them on monday, the week just started. thinking about it too much will just make the process appear slower.

Please don't be too concerned with no screenshots. It doesn't mean we haven't progressed. It takes hours to prepare screenshots.. time that is usually much better spent getting the scenery ready for release. ;)

Well the good and bad news.

Bad - For the time being, not for KSFO HD release

Good - We're trying to do something special with SODE on a larger scale. So hopefully you will hear something about this again.

It's definitely full time, and there's more going on that many people know. We also do commercial work for real airlines, making Level-D airports for training purposes. There's a whole separate production line for that. 95% of my effort goes into FSX/P3D airports, like KSFO HD.

Mir,

You previously said that you were hoping for a Q2 release as thats been and gone I was hoping you could tell us if its likely to be a Q3 or Q4 release as if its Q4 I will probably buy KSFO now and then upgrade when KSFO HD is released.

Thanks.

What are SODE Jetways and what is the difference between them and the normal?
Another question about the jetways: Will they adjust their high like the jetways on FSDT KIAH?

Can't wait for KSFOHD! Hopefully it will be directly released when I am back from holidays. :D

They work like default, you just have the option for a double Jetway or tripple Jetwayanimation if you want to. Have a look here -> http://www.fsdeveloper.com/forum/thread ... ol.433492/ It's explained very good there.

I have no idea how to cofigure this SODE jetway stuff. Surely there is something else that can easily make you jetways and gate articulate to you aircraft ;)

Update I figured it out, Cntrl + J :)
