Now lets hope that the BETA is going well. :) Can't wait to fly in and out of KSFO and I hope there will be no OOM problem with the NGX / 777 PMDG

Make sure to prepare first, if you're going to be flying heavies, it will be necessary to remove the following problematic products (in terms of memory)

- FTX Norcal
- Aerosoft US Cities: San Francisco

Will we be able to run FTX Global and Vector or would you recommend we disable these also?

I haven't tested Vector, but FTX Global seems ok. The two I listed above consume a huge amount of your limited 4GB VAS. I hope sometime in the future they will be better optimized.

I only use FTX Global in USA. No Vector and all P3D Autogen Settings are set to "normal".

I have a question when you refer to Heaviest you mean only PMDG B777 but not NGX B737-800 & 900 from PMDG and it will be fine with the Aerosoft Airbus A321, A320, A319, A318 and did you have any idea when KSFO HD will be release it will be on the month of Aug or Sept and thank you for doing Aweson work with the Airports. I love your Airports Flightbeam Studios.

I probably shouldn't refer to them as "heavies". What I really mean is, memory intensive aircraft which have complex systems, such as the PMDG line (737NGX, 777x, 747, etc.)

KSFO HD release date... the question of the century  It's impossible for me to give a date yet since we have yet to complete BETA. But the product is 99% completed. All basically needs are taxiway lights, animations, optimization and squashing any bugs found in BETA. We hit some very nasty bugs this past week which are now resolved. I know we're at the end of August, so work is being done night and day to finish it up. Next week there will be a full set of night shots while BETA is being completed, and I'll also get a good idea of when the actual release date will be judging from the testers' notes.

Hope this helps!

Well I guess I will be able to fly in and out of KSFO HD. I'm also able to fly in and out of LAX (FSDT version), so I guess there will be no problem at all (I hope) :D.

Please keep in mind that release all depends on how well the BETA goes. 8-)

It looks so amazing you guys are doing a perfect job :)
Just little question about the jetways at the gates F89 and some of the other F gates. Will the jetways be moveable there?

I just can't wait every preview just makes it more difficult :P

Wow Mir! You surpass yourself every time, mate.

With each step forwards, you push the boundaries that little bit further, taking us all with you. It's great to be part of that - even if it's just a financial contribution. I seem to press a repeat button every time you come out with your work, but, once again, credit to you all at Flightbeam, real quality for us enthusiasts to enjoy, as per usual.

A big thank you.

Tom.

Glad I can take you for the ride! I'm usually not perfectly happy with my work after release, so the next product has a much higher expectation for me.

If you're talking about those stubby, white United jetways. Yes, they're fully rigged and move forward, then up and down to match the aircraft door. They're definitely strange jetways, not having any rotational movement ability.

Those shots are so amazing, they're life-like. Just a question about the jetways: I haven't been to SFO in a few years, but does United still have the old "Tulip" logo on their jetways? Also, this is coming in just in time for PMDG's 747 V2 now that United has announced that they are going to be moving all of their 747 operations to SFO. Can't wait to get my hands on this one!!!!

I believe most of the jet-ways have the "newer" logo on them. We cover details like these in the BETA. They are just previews after all. ;)

That's cool. It wasn't a critique or anything, I was just curious.
